Limitation of Liability

Groundwale is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any service disruptions beyond our control.

User Obligations

Not use the platform for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

Respect the rules and policies of booked venues

Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt platform operations

Not post false, misleading, or offensive content on the platform

Venue Owner Terms

Accurate Listings

Venue owners must ensure all listed information is accurate, up-to-date, and not misleading to users.

Availability Management

Owners are responsible for maintaining their availability calendars and honouring confirmed bookings.

Fair Pricing

Pricing must be transparent. Hidden charges not disclosed on the platform are not permitted.

Platform Compliance

All venue operations must comply with Groundwale policies and applicable regulations.

Termination

When access may be revoked

Groundwale reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you are found to be in violation of these Terms of Service, engaging in fraudulent activity, or causing harm to the platform or its users. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

Governing Law

Jurisdiction and legal framework

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India. Groundwale reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with updates posted on this page.
